Amrit Sethi joins Adani Group as Group Head for Cybersecurity

Veteran cybersecurity advisor Amrit Sethi has joined Adani Group as the Group Head for Cybersecurity.

Sethi moves to Adani after his 10-year tenure at KPMG as Associate Partner. At KPMG Sethi led the cyber transformation as a part of the firm’s digital trust practice. He also managed the Global Security Operations Centre for KPMG along with being responsible for the delivery and engagement of various customers of the firm.

Sethi also played the role of a strategic advisor to CIOs in the country and has supported India’s largest privately-owned crude oil producer and the world’s largest FMCG company as part of his professional engagements during his tenure at KPMG. Sethi has also worked with IBM and Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd.

“I am excited to share that I have joined Adani as their Group Head for Cyber Security and I am looking forward to taking up this journey. Looking to enable Adani cyber team with my understanding and vision of the industry in the best possible manner,” said Sethi in a LinkedIn post.

He further added “I am grateful to KPMG and its Partners group, who allowed me to develop a deep understanding of scaling cyber security requirements for an organisation. This is key in securing businesses for the big enterprises in a multifunctional environment and dynamic work culture.”
